THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

We are committed to making sure our LYBY customers are happy with their online purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items for an exchange or refund for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  

All returned item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be unwashed, in unworn conditions, with all original tags and labels. 

  • Items that show make-up and/or deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. will not be accepted. 

  • Please note that LYBY reserves the right to refuse any returns if the guidance are not met.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  LYBY is not responsible for lost shipments.

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

  • Email me at customercare@lybyoutique.com and let’s work on getting you the correct size, exchange or return.

  • Allow 5-7 business days for LYBY to process your return and provide you with STORE CREDIT.

***Bodysuits, jewelry, hair accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE.

If you received a damage item, please report within 14 days of receiving your item. Shipping cost is on LYBY for any damage items.

  • Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be process.

  • Free shipping in all orders over $100.

  • $8 standard shipping rate is applied to all orders under $100.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • LYBY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
